*Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) - Continuing Care* *Location:* Temple, TX *Facility:* Baylor Scott & White - Continuing Care Hospital & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) *Schedule:* Monday-Friday *Patient Census:* 8-12 patients *Position Overview* Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care in Temple, TX is seeking an *Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)* to join our interdisciplinary care team.
