Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Office hours: Monday 7am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 7pm, & Friday 7am to 5pm
- Location: Kentwood, MI
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Team Size: 10 providers
- Call Requirements: No call for APPs
- Additional details:
- Office offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Advent Physical Therapy and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology

Requirements
- Experience Preferred
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
