• Schedule:  Predominantly overnight evenings with occasional days and weekends.

Requirements 

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner are preferred 
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage surgical patients in an acute care setting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Duties & Responsibilities 

•  Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care for general surgery patients.
• Assist surgeons in operative procedures as needed.
• Respond to overnight surgical consults and emergencies
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret tests, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
