Job Details: Full-time, 12.5 hours/shift (37.5h/week), Rotating shifts, Weekends, Holidays
Pay Range: $158,000 - $239,000 a year

White Plains Hospital Cardiac Surgery program is seeking an experienced full-time Critical Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care while managing all aspects of peri-operative care for our cardiac patients.
The APP team is responsible for 24/7 coverage of an adult cardiac intensive care unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to obtaining and documenting patient histories and performing physical examinations; Perform Invasive bedside procedures for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes; Evaluate medical/surgical problems of a critically ill patient and appropriately request consultations; Educate patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues and use of prescribed medical-surgical treatments and/or medications pertinent to the patient's condition. All other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience as a Cardiothoracic Surgery or Critical Care PA/NP, Preferred
- Graduate of an accredited PA/NP program
- Current New York State licensure
