Optimum Partnered with a facility in New Hampshire's Lakes Region with an opening for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

Join a reputable team and provide quality care to patients of all ages. During your time off, relax by peaceful lakes or nearby mountains.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 3.5 days per week
• Beeper Call Requirement: 4 weekends per year, 3 nights per month
• Patient Population: All ages
• 30 minutes per follow-up, 45 minutes per new patient
• EMR: Meditech
• Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant New Hampshire state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• One year of work experience as Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
