Opportunity:

• Join and collaborate with experienced Family Practice Physicians to manage shared patient panel
• Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions
• Hours are Monday-Friday; No Call

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited MSN program
• Current IL RN & APRN license
• Current IL DEA
• CPR Certification or other certifications as required
