Flexible Hematology-Oncology APP Locums in Indiana

Practice Setting

• Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient care.
• Primary focus on outpatient care.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per week.
• Flexible scheduling available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
• Call rotation every 4th or 5th week, one full week at a time.
• Expected hospital visits: Weekdays (M-F) for new consults, Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only.

Procedures and Cases

• 70% Oncology cases.
• 30% Hematology (primarily benign cases).
• Average volume of 15-18 patients per day.

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing in 90 days.
