Health First is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to cover night shifts in the ICU at Holmes Regional Medical Center. This is a focused admissions-only role, ideal for APPs who excel in acute patient assessment and thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.

- Admissions-only ICU shifts – no rounding required
- Collaborate directly with Hospitalists on patient plans of care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, write H&Ps, and place admission orders
- Transfer patients to the eICU team once stabilized
- Average 3–5 admissions per night, allowing focused, meaningful work
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed APRN or PA in Florida
- Critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Comfortable managing multiple acute admissions in a night-shift setting
