Description
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a physician associate or acute care nurse practitioner to join our inpatient medicine team. Our thriving hospitalist group includes 50 physicians and 8 physician associate/nurse practitioners, with our clinical practice being comprised of community and tertiary referral patients. Our team works in a team-oriented and collegial environment with a great administrative/support team.
Position & Practice Details:
- New graduates and experienced candidates both encouraged to apply
- Experienced nursing and support staff
- 15 +/- shifts per month with flexible block scheduling
- 10 Hour Shifts with no call
- Full spectrum of sub-specialty backup and consultation
- Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411- bed, regional tertiary care and ACS-verified level II trauma center serving a patient population of approximately 500,000 in the northern two-thirds of the state.
