Schedule

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cases and Procedures

• Spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks
• Ultrasound guided procedures
• No heads, hearts, or spine cases

Requirements

• CRNA with board certification
• Proficiency in OB if taking call
• Oregon state licensure required
• Credentialing timeframe of 60 days
