Practice Setting

• Outpatient community-based family practice
• Team-based care alongside:
  • 5 Physicians
  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and dedicated office staff
• Emphasis on preventative and longitudinal care
• Patient population spans all ages, with a strong geriatric focus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time, ongoing coverage
• No weekends. No call.

Clinical Scope

• Full-spectrum family and community medicine
• Average 18-20 patients per day
• Routine preventative care procedures

Provider Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to Nurse Practitioners with 24+ months of experience
• Active North Carolina license

Location & Travel

• Positions located near major urban centers for easy access and commuting
