OB/GYN Locums - Every Other Week Schedule in Michigan

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Clinic setting with a patient volume of 18-25 per day
• Support staff includes MA's and Receptionists

Schedule

• Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Block Scheduling: Only 2 weeks per month is required for coverage

Procedures and Cases

• Full scope of Women's Health Services is required for the assignment
• Must have 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience

Requirements

• Active Michigan (MI) state license is required at the time of name clear
• Must be a local provider as flights will not be covered
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required
• DEA is required at the time of the assignment start

Credentialing Requirements

• No malpractice history is allowed for quick credentialing
• A Self-Query NPDB, pulled within 30 days, is required at submission
• Immunization records are required for clearance (Flu, TDAP, Hep B, etc.)
