Position Overview
We are currently seeking two motivated and experienced Midlevel Providers (NP or PA) to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of primary care continuity and same-day urgent care visits, allowing you to practice a broad scope of medicine while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Requirements

Provide high-quality care in both primary care and urgent care settings
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Manage patient follow-ups and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care
