• Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

• Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or qualifying compact-state Registered Nurse license within six months.
• Wisconsin advanced practice licensure and applicable Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• One year of Nurse Practitioner experience or two years of Registered Nurse experience in an adult acute care setting.
