Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. The FNP/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough health assessments, including physical examinations and patient histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Requirements
Skills
- Knowledgeable in medical imaging techniques and interpretation of results.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Hours:
Three days a week 8:30 - 5:00 PM in the office with patient care. Approximately 7 days a month of taking calls during our closed hours of operation 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM (light load, average is one call but a lot of time no calls come in.)
Compensation and Benefit information.
Compensation salary range is $110,000 - $175,000 annual full time equivalent ($70 hour- $90) plus a quarterly bonus.
