MercyOne Waterloo Occupational Medicine is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team serving over 1,000 area businesses. This role involves:

• Providing care for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conducting pre-employment physicals and DOT exams
• Supporting wellness initiatives and immunization programs
• Collaborating with employers on safety and return-to-work strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed NP or PA in Iowa (or eligible)
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or family practice preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
