Join a rapidly expanding physician owned practice specializing in skilled nursing and post-acute care services. This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and geriatrics settings.

The role also promotes tremendous career trajectory in an untapped market - candidates with extensive experience or a passion for healthcare relations/business development are ideal.

Additional roles available in Washington, New Mexico, and Wyoming.

The Opportunity:
- Guaranteed base salary between $165,000 - $185,000 * Dependent on candidate qualifications
