Description

Care Counseling Center is a licensed OASAS 822 outpatient substance use treatment program located in Harlem and expanding to Queens. We are enhancing our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and building a structured Suboxone (buprenorphine) program.
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve in a consultative capacity.

This position is ideal for a PMHNP experienced in addiction, mental health, and MAT who wants a flexible and mostly remote consultation role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Advise on development and implementation of our Suboxone (buprenorphine) program.
Strengthen our existing MAT workflows and clinical practices.
Ensure alignment with OASAS regulatory and clinical standards.
Provide professional guidance and case consultation to counseling staff.
Attend occasional in-person site visits (minimal frequency).

Requirements

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – NYS licensed.
Experience with MAT and/or buprenorphine treatment strongly preferred.
Familiarity with OASAS 822 regulations is a strong plus.
