Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – Hybrid or Fully Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor

Total Mind Wellness Group is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient practice. We are a collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based group committed to delivering high-quality psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule: Design your own hours (starting with 1/2 to 1 day per week - goal is 2 to 3 days per week as you build your caseload)
• Hybrid or Fully Remote: Primarily telehealth with optional in-person visits in Rockville Centre
• Patient Population: Adults and/or children (child experience welcomed and compensated at a higher rate)
• Clinical Model: Medication management with integration of psychotherapy strongly encouraged
• Visits: 60 minute intake, 20-30 minute follow ups
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC license in New York
• PMHNP: 2 years (Required)
• Eligible to practice independently
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication
• Interest in integrating psychotherapy into sessions preferred
