Your Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d):

As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Consumer App, you will play a key role in shaping the app's long-term vision and driving its continuous evolution. You will lead initiatives that make the App indispensable to millions of Users, creating experiences they love and trust. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional Stakeholders across the Organization, you will ensure that every Product decision delivers real value to users while achieving measurable business impact.

What your day as a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) might look like:

• Start your day by setting up your mobile Workspace or arranging your desk at the office - whatever helps you get into a productive mindset.
• Open your personal Task Manager and immerse yourself in the Projects you are driving - balancing short-term operational tasks with long-term Strategic Visions.
• Join your Team for the daily Standup, aligning on priorities and setting the tone for a collaborative, agile day. Together, you'll review your backlog, Kanban board, or whatever agile workflow your Team thrives on.
• Dive into meetings and work sessions that help you understand the business, build innovative Software, and learn from Data, Customer Insights, and Colleagues.
• Lunch break! Whether grabbing a quick bite at home or enjoying a meal with Teammates exploring nearby Restaurants, it's a great time to recharge and connect.
• Afternoon sessions offer flexibility: Meetings, Workshops, or focused work - often in various Team constellations. Your strong communication and (self-)organization skills will shine as you balance multiple priorities.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, Data Insights, and business impact, ensuring every decision drives value for both Customers and the Company.
• Stay connected with your Product Management peers through regular Meetings with your Group Product Manager, keeping you aligned with cross-Team developments, company strategy, and the latest trends in the Consumer App space.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with responsibility for launching new products or business-critical features (ideally in SaaS or consumer mobile apps)
• Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to execute and deliver value step by step
• Strategic, outcome-oriented mindset: You think beyond features and connect your decisions directly to business value, customer needs, and company goals
• Consumer-centric foundation: You continuously seek out and amplify the voice of the consumer, ensuring user needs remain central to every decision
• Deep understanding of engagement mechanics (habit formation, retention loops) and the ability to translate app analytics (funnels, activation, engagement KPIs) into actionable decisions
• Growth mindset at heart: You are motivated by growth, not by preserving the status quo. You use data, insights, and bold decision-making to create momentum and scale
• Comfort with ambiguity and change: you thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international environment

Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, I work as part of the Advertising Product team. Together, we get to make most of the critical decisions about our products and enjoy plenty of freedom in the way we shape our roadmap.

My daily work never gets boring and always looks different depending on what phase of a project we are working on: in the discovery phase, I take care of the user research and data collection that will inform our decisions. In the conceptual phase, I deliver the user journey and the wireframes before moving to the more final graphic design. Finally, I also drive the user testing rounds or customer interviews to validate our new releases and establish the next UX improvements.

Every step of the way, I can rely on our in-house UX team to help me organise workshops, get feedback or support me with more advanced graphic tasks, such as illustrations and animations. Among the many excellent reasons to join Trusted Shops, the amazing UX team and our great diversity of profiles and colourful personalities would probably be my number one!
