Practice Overview
- You'll step into a high-demand practice with a full patient panel from a retiring physician
- Serve a large 42-county catchment area with minimal GI competition
- Fully equipped, 30,000 sq. ft. Endoscopy Center with 10,000+ sq. ft. of procedure space
- Opportunity for ERCP/EUS if desired; not required
Team and Support
- Work alongside GI-trained APPs, dedicated NPs, and experienced RNs and surgical techs
- Strong clinical infrastructure with 4 MAs per pod and streamlined clinic flow
- Supportive leadership and access to top-tier facilities and resources
Schedule
- 4 full days of outpatient procedures (7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.)
- 1 day split between clinic and administrative time
- Flexible scheduling options available, including 3 weeks per month with extended time off
- No inpatient duties, no call, and no weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $650K-$700K with significant RVU upside
- Signing bonus, CME allowance, malpractice with tail coverage
