Job Description
We are currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse to work collaboratively with our Nephrology Department.
If you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then the Summit Medical Group family is the place to be!
As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with our Nephrologists to provide patient care within the office and local dialysis centers, and also function as the liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
Requirements include:
- 2 years experience required; 3-5 years preferred
- Current New Jersey State Advanced Practice License

Summit Health

Compensation Range: $116,000- $145,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
