What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a high-paced clinical environment
Ability and readiness to see 25 patients per day
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong commitment to serving the Glendale community
Willingness working with AHCCCS, Medicare, and Commercial insurance patients (our population is primarily AHCCCS and Medicare, with approximately 25% Commercial)
A team player with an extremely positive, solution-oriented attitude
A natural motivator who uplifts fellow providers and medical assistant staff
Passion for patient education and understanding the unique challenges within our community
Our Culture:
We believe in cultivating an environment of growth — both professionally and personally. We support career development across all roles and encourage leadership, mentorship, and continuous learning.
Our mission goes beyond treating illness; we are committed to educating and empowering our patients to improve their overall health outcomes. We understand that serving our community comes with challenges, and we value providers who approach those challenges with compassion, resilience, and gratitude.
We work hard during our shifts to serve our patients with excellence — and we believe in fully enjoying quality time with our loved ones outside of work. We are looking for someone who shares this mindset and takes pride in the work they do each day.
If you are passionate about community-based care, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
