Position Description: Penn Medicine Princeton is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative and patient-centered Urogynecology practice. This well-established urogynecology high-volume practice includes 2 physicians and 2 experienced APPs, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care in a supportive academic-affiliated environment. The APP will provide surgical and non-surgical Urogynecology care to women across the lifespan, working closely with physicians and fellow APPs. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys women’s health, autonomy within a team structure, and building long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients with Urogynecology conditions, including:
Pelvic organ prolapse
Overactive bladder
Urinary incontinence
Fecal incontinence
Perform office-based assessments and follow-up care
Perform office-based procedures and diagnostic testing
Collaborate with physicians and APP colleagues on treatment plans
Provide patient education and counseling
Participate in a team-based care model aligned with Penn Medicine standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey
Eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
Prior clinical experience in Urogynecology, Urology, or Women’s Health required
Urogynecology or pelvic floor experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $208,000.00/Annually based on 40 hours per week
