Penn Medicine is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative and patient-centered Urogynecology practice located at 10 Forrestal Road, Princeton, NJ.
About the Practice: This well-established urogynecology practice includes 2 physicians and 2 experienced APPs, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care in a supportive academic-affiliated environment.
Position Summary: The APP will provide outpatient urogynecologic care to women across the lifespan, working closely with physicians and fellow APPs. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys women’s health, autonomy within a team structure, and building long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements: For Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNP):
Graduate of an accredited WHNP program
National certification as a WHNP
Eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey
For Physician Assistants (PA):
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
NCCPA certification
Eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
Prior clinical experience in women’s health, gynecology, or urogynecology required
For All Candidates:
Prior experience in women’s health required
Urogynecology or pelvic floor experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients with urogynecologic conditions
Perform office-based assessments and follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians and APP colleagues on treatment plans
Provide patient education and counseling
Participate in a team-based care model aligned with Penn Medicine standards
