SSM Health is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Lead to join our urgent care team in Saint Charles, Missouri on Kisker Road. Job Details:
- Provide high-quality acute and episodic patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Serve as a clinical leader, supporting advanced practice providers and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Partner with operational and physician leadership to advance quality, patient experience, and practice initiatives
- Mentor, coach, and support team members while promoting professional growth and engagement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Acute care clinical experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team-development skills
