We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA-C) to join our Pediatric CV Surgery team. Position Highlights

In this vital role, you will:

• First Assist in complex pediatric cardiothoracic surgical procedures, working alongside leading surgeons and specialists
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative management for pediatric patients, including those in critical care settings
• Collaborate with a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes
• Participate in overnight, weekend, and holiday call coverage, supporting continuity of care
• Deliver care that is not only clinically outstanding, but also compassionate and family-centered
• Serve as a key advocate for patients and families during some of their most challenging moments

Schedule

This role includes a rotating schedule with a mix of daytime and overnight responsibilities, as well as on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage, based on patient and departmental needs.
