Your Qualifications:
- Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- NPs must have FNP certification - clinic will see full lifespan
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
- Experience required - primary care highly preferred
