Primary Care Locums Coverage with Predictable Schedule in New Jersey

Practice Setting

• Serve as an autonomous provider for a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) client
• Clinic operates daily from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Dedicated 30-minute daily closure for lunch
• A full-time MA is available on site

Schedule

• Consistent 7.5 hours of daily coverage, Monday-Friday

Procedures and Cases

• Perform full-scope Primary Care, including acute and chronic illness management
• Minor in-office testing: COVID, Strep, Influenza, Mono POCT, Urinalysis/HCG
• Minor procedures: Splinter and Cerumen impaction removal, minor wound care, and splinting
• Handle Travel Medicine encounters, Pap Smears, and Breast examinations
• Required skills include reading EKGs, administering nebulizer treatments, and phlebotomy knowledge

Requirements

• Primary Care experience with a minimum of 1 year as an autonomous provider
• Proficiency in all listed minor in-office procedures and testing
• Must be prepared to occasionally perform phlebotomy if the MA is unavailable
• Experience administering routine and travel vaccinations and allergy shots
