- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM + rotating Saturday mornings (8:30 AM-12:30 PM)

Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Pediatric Ambulatory Experience
- Active Michigan license and DEA
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Strong skills in preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Passion for compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care
- Interest in population health or quality initiatives is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Delivering comprehensive outpatient pediatric care (newborn through adolescence)
- Providing well-child visits, acute care, and chronic disease management
- Performing developmental screenings, immunizations, and preventive care
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, behavioral health providers, and care managers
- Utilizing Epic for documentation, care coordination, and quality tracking
- Participating in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Optional opportunities to precept students
- Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and referrals so you can focus on patient care
