We’re seeking a passionate and driven Sleep Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Muskegon/Grand Haven. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday 8-5, can 4-10s
- Location: Grand Haven & Muskegon, Michigan, splitting time evenly between two clinic locations
- Specialty: Sleep Medicine
- Team Size: Muskegon=5 providers (3 physicians, 3 APPs) Grand Haven=2 (1 physician, 1 APP)
- Ambulatory/Inpatient: All ambulatory
- Types of Visits: New and follow up patients in clinic

Requirements
- Relevant clinical experience required
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
