Location: Reston, VA (Mon/Tue On-Site) + Work From Home (Alternating Weekends)
Compensation: $80,000 Salaried (Equivalent to $71.43/hr)
Commitment: Part-Time (1,120 total hours/year | ~21–23 hours/week)
Practice Type: Premier, Out-of-Network Concierge Family Practice (No insurance box-checking)

Tired of the 40-patient-a-day burnout treadmill? [Company Name] is a high-touch, concierge practice limited to just ~700 total clients. We distribute our workload across 3 MDs, 3 FNPs, and a 14-member support team so you can actually practice unhurried, collaborative medicine, that is truly personalized to the individual. 

The Workload (Quality not Quantity):

• Collaborative Support: Weekend shifts are 100% remote. You are paired with a dedicated Physician Partner readily available to assist escalations at your discretion or client request.
• Care Access Partner: Limited Call Pages (Avg 3.5 per weekend day & 25% chance of zero urgent calls) allow for thoughtful, above and beyond support for clinical needs on the weekend.
• Batchable WFH Workflow: Weekend emails average 4–10 per shift. Meticulous clinical 'sweep' to ensure zero loose ends for our families & assist our team with timely results reporting. You can log on, clear them out in batches, then go about your day. 
• Unhurried Visits: Your Monday/Tuesday on-site shifts feature 30–45 minute acute visits and 60–90 minute preventive slots. No insurance box-checking; just pure, relationship-driven medicine. When no visits are on the books, follow up with clients for care plan status updates, assist with acute calls, digital communications, results review, clinical team support, and research as needed.

Available Schedules (Choose One Track):

• Track 1: Mon/Tue On-Site (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM) + Remote Alternating Sat/Sun (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 26 weekends/yr).
• Track 2: Mon/Tue On-Site (12:00 PM – 5:30 PM) + Remote Alternating Sat/Sun (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 26 weekends/yr).
• Notes:
  • Remote clinical meetings (Thursdays 11-12 and select Fridays) included into both salaries.
  • Holiday coverage rotations are collaboratively coordinated with the on-call team to share Holiday call workload

Requirements:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Virginia.
• Proven track record in Family Medicine or Urgent Care and feel entirely comfortable managing standard triage independently.
• Comfortable utilizing digital triage platforms (Spruce, EHR, Outlook).

Requirements

• Active, Unrestricted, Virginia FNP license
• Active, Unrestricted DEA license
• 3+ years FNP experience in Primary Care Medicine, including pediatrics
• Confidence in acute care triage via phone & digital communication platforms
• Experience with EMR's, Online Prescribing, and digital communication platforms
