Practice Setting

• APP ED and inpatient hybrid coverage, sole provider for both areas
• All ages
• Average daily census, 9 ED and 6 inpatient
• Telemed physician support available 24/7 via Avel E Care, plus Compass Telemed subspecialty support including Cardiology, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology

Schedule

• 24 hour consecutive shifts onsite
• Scheduled as noon to noon shifts
• Orientation is scheduled prior to taking handoff
• No call back, overnight patient care is part of the shift

Cases and Procedures

• Emergency Medicine cases
• Emergency Medicine and inpatient procedures

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active North Dakota license required, will not wait for license
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required

Travel Accommodations

• On site apartment plus additional sleep room available for providers
• Hotel covered for the first night the provider arrives
