ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health North Hospital, located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, are seeking an experienced B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient care in their Emergency Department.
Two years of Emergency Medicine experience as a B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
Roanoke Rapids offers an excellent work-life balance with the ability to live on Lake Gaston, a 20,000-acre lake perfect for fishing and boating.

- Schedule includes (12) 12-hour shifts per month
- 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
- Full scope of services provided at hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Urology, and Pediatrics
- Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to ECU Health Medical Center, a Level I trauma center located in Greenville, NC
- Conveniently located halfway between Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA
