Sandknop Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing primary care practice in Heath, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, working collaboratively with physicians and experienced advanced practice providers, and practicing in a busy, well-established outpatient environment.

Competitive base compensation of $100,000–$125,000, based on experience
