Thank you for your interest in the full-time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Pediatrics position at our practice in Brooklyn, NY.

Position Details:

  - Location: Brooklyn, NY (across two office locations)
  - Schedule: Monday–Saturday (morning and afternoon/evening shifts)

Practice Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  - Provide comprehensive pediatric care (well-child visits, sick visits, annual physicals)
  - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  - Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care counseling
  - Perform blood draws for all age groups
  - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, nutrition, and development
  - Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  - Manage approximately 30 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

  - Annual Compensation: $150,000 ($72/hour)
  - Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus an annual $5,000 retention bonus
  - Employment Options: W-2 or 1099

Requirements:

  - Active NY State PA or NP license (or immediate eligibility)
  - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  - Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  - Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Uzbek is a plus
