Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary Agile teams
• Promote team self-management and collaboration
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies
• Ensure Agile practices are properly adopted
• Align team objectives with business goals
• Support delivery planning and execution
• Promote continuous product validation and feedback
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
• Track and analyze Agile performance metrics
• Provide status updates and performance reporting
• Support decision-making through Agile metrics and insights
• Remove impediments and help resolve team challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of value delivery and customer focus
• Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities
