We're looking for clinically strong APPs who excel in a fast-paced ED and are confident practicing with a high level of autonomy. Requirements: Prior Emergency Medicine Experience Ability to independently evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency presentations Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills and team-based approach to patient care Position Highlights: Dedicated overnight position Flexible schedule No weekends Potential leadership opportunities Affiliation with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, providing opportunities for academic, clinical, and administrative growth ED Profile: 44,000 annual patient visits 18 monitored beds in the main ED plus 4 crisis rooms 8-bed Upright 3s unit fully equipped with telemetry monitoring and resuscitation capabilities EPIC EMR Overnight APP coverage across all clinical zones - Montclair, NJ
