A nonprofit community health center located on the Southeast Florida Coast has a job opening for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner. They are looking for providers who are passionate about caring for the underserved population.

Job Details:

• Outpatient only primary care office
• Monday-Friday
• APRN completes assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implements treatment plan, and evaluates patient status

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner Certification
• 2+ Years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
• The ability to communicate in Spanish, Creole, or both is a plus
