OrthoNC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Advanced Practice Provider team, working alongside renowned physicians in a collaborative, high-volume orthopedic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to both operative and non-operative patients across inpatient and outpatient settings while growing your clinical and surgical experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive patient care in both clinical and surgical settings
Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and the broader clinical team
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients independently and under physician supervision
Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
Gain hands-on experience treating both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
What We’re Looking For
Licensed and board-certified PA or NP in North Carolina
Orthopedic or neurology experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and adapt quickly
Genuine interest in orthopedic care and continued professional growth
